ANGA COM is Europe’s leading congress fair for broadband, television and online. Network operators, equipment suppliers and content providers meet here to discuss all issues of broadband and media distribution. The next event will take place from 10 to 12 May 2022 in Cologne.

The top topics at ANGA COM include Gigabit Networks, FTTX, 5G, OTT, AppTV, Cloud TV, Video Streaming, Smart City and Smart Home.

At last count, ANGA COM was attended by more than 500 exhibitors from 35 countries and 20,000 visitors from 83 countries. The largest exhibitors include equipment suppliers such as Amadys, Astra, AVM, Casa Systems, CommScope, GM Plast, HUBER+SUHNER, Opternus, Teleste and WISI. The speaker list in the congress programme included board members and executives from Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefonica, Deutsche Glasfaser, PYUR, TDC, freenet, NetCologne, M-net, ProSiebenSat.1, RTL Television, Discovery, DAZN and Sky.

Attendees included 540 network and platform operators serving more than 200 million homes in Europe alone, as well as 370 media companies. 44 per cent of the visitors belonged to the senior level.

With Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, RTL and a multitude of local fibre network operators, the region around Cologne is Germany’s leading business metropolis for broadband and media. Around 40 million people live within a radius of only 250 kilometres. Three international airports (Cologne, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt) can be reached in less than an hour. These are unique conditions to present our industry in Europe and beyond.

ANGA COM is organised by ANGA Services GmbH, a subsidiary of ANGA Der Breitbandverband e.V. The association represents the interests of more than 200 companies in the German broadband industry, which supply more than 40 million customers with telecommunications services.
